Despite how bizarre the question is, it is really a good opportunity to talk about your skills and \u00a0your strengths. So, how exactly do you plan to answer this open ended question?<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. One way to answer this question can be finding a common ground between what\u2019s in it for you and what\u2019s in it for the hiring manager. You have to list the benefits for the employer as well as how you \u00a0will be also staying motivated as you have exactly the same skill set as the position demands.<\/span><\/li>\n
